Taking Customer Service to a new low.........

Most Bangaloreans must be familiar with Hotel Paramount , its got a presence all over the city - Koramangala, Residency Road, Forum and Garuda Mall to name a few outlets. Famous for their mouth watering non veg fare and late closing hours (3 am on most days), it really is a popular hangout. But for a lot of us a "Paramount" experience really leaves a bad taste in the mouth. Late service,cold food, rude staff, late bill................one can go on and on about the poor dining experience one is subjected to.
On a recent visit to the restaurant with a group of friends, we were treated to the entire range of Paramount's Customer Experience(PCE) - from having to wait an hour for food to be served, having the menu snatched from my hand (!) and a string of abuses for holding on to it, to the usual order - delivery mismatch and the late bill. At that moment it hit us that we must do something to educate fellow Bangaloreans about PCE and not be subject to such kind of degrading treatment, and what better way than to share similar experiences here. Let's join hands in fighting customer abuse.

That is one restuarant in bangalore, with a bunch of lazy waiters....
they are not interested in serving their customers. Their attitude towards the customers are something like "if you want have the food and move the hell out of here". Only in worst case senarios I would go there. Atleast we must get for what we are paying. The waiters won't even hesitate to spit on your food before serving, thats their attitude. All of them behaves as if they own the restuarant. And don't expect your complaint would be taken into account by the management. you are just wasting your time..... Go there, eat whatever they serve you with all that attitude....thats the best we can do...

Guess Paramount is affilated to Lazy Ass Club...They are sooo indecent...Guess the Waiters should be treated with a free hospitality management course...The hotel management acts as if they live on the mercy of the waiters out there...n i genuinely doubt about the fact that they have subscription with Oil companies coz of the amount of oil that they use while making dishes...
